Why did we create this Waste Transformation System?

Because on our planet hundreds of thousands of waste are produced each year that cause a high level of environmental degradation, and serious problems for the health of the population.

9 million people die from causes related to environmental pollution, more than from war, hunger, malaria and AIDS. 23% of deaths in the world are attributable to environmental factors. And up to 36% of deaths of children aged 0 to 14 years can be attributed to environmental problems.

The deaths of more than 1.5 million children and 5 million adults could be prevented each year with better environmental stewardship.

Our Vision

Our world is constantly changing. So we’re constantly seeking to find the best ways to extract the most value from waste. It’s what drives us everyday, as individuals and as a company. And we strongly believe that this is the technology that the world needs right now.

To put an end to this serious problem, we decided to develop a new technology. We call it: “natural method of reduction and transformation of waste”.

It consists of a method of treating urban solid waste, which does not use chemical aggregates or any type of fuel. The waste is reduced by up to 75% of its original volume, and up to 30% by weight, and transformed into a fibrous mass, inert, totally friendly to the environment, and without odors. The surprise came when we began to experiment with what the machine left as a result. We discovered that this mortar is hydrophobic.

Currently we mix this material with a part of sand and a part of cement to make bricks for construction. In addition, by mixing it with a fire-retardant resin, we manufacture hypo-acoustic panels resistant to temperature.

We also manufacture tables, load-bearing walls, park benches, tiles, among other products, and we continue to experiment with the multiple applications of this material.
